Delivery Timing

Most items are shipped within three business days following order receipt via UPS or U.S Postal Service depending on the location unless Special Order or delayed release date. Please allow at least 7-14 business days to receive your shipment. If you have not received your order within 14 business days please contact customer service via our contact us form.

Please Note: If you place an order on Friday then it will not be processed until the following Monday, which is the next business day. There are no deliveries on weekends.

Return Policy

Un-Opened Items

You may return unopened items sold by HCG within 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original product packaging. HCG will not pay for return shipping costs unless there was an error made on your order. The $1 Handling Fee is non-refundable. There is a 10% Restocking charge on all un-opened returns. If you believe an error was made, you must contact us beforehand to receive authorization for a full refund including shipping cost reimbursement.

Incorrect Item or Item Not Working Properly

HCG puts every effort into ensure that you receive a quality product. But sometimes things happen. If you believe HCG shipped you the incorrect item or an item that is not working properly, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your shipment. Our customer service technicians will assist you and give authorization for your return and/or refund after reviewing the details with you. If the item is found to be damaged or sent in error a Full Refund will be issued.
